What Pro adds
The workbook, with formulas
One row per close-then-open pair: times, worked hours and the gap as values; inside the window, hours inside, basis hours, premium and pay at the rest rate as formulas on the rule cells at the top (rest hours, multiplier, flat amount).
Totals per employee and pay period
Two more sheets add the premium per employee and per pay period with SUMIF formulas over the pairs, so a corrected rate updates every total.
A printable summary per employee
One page per employee with the pairs inside the rest window, the premium and blank lines for the date paid and the payroll reference. Print it or save it as PDF from the browser.
The rule and its sources inside the file
The jurisdiction's rule text, coverage conditions, consent notes and the official pages it was read on, with the date, travel with the workbook.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From your timecard file and the rule of the jurisdiction you picked. The workbook recomputes exactly the audit on the home page, with the same code, and carries the rule text and its official sources with the date they were read.
- What if I have not loaded a file yet?
- Load your timecard CSV on the home page first: it is kept in this browser, so this page shows your own first pairs as a preview and builds the workbook from it. The sample week does not count.
- Is this a legal determination of what I owe?
- No. It applies the rule you pick to the shift times in your file. Whether the law covers your business and each employee, and how consent and scheduled versus worked time are treated, is for the city or state labor office or your lawyer. Not legal advice.
- Is Pro a subscription?
- It depends on the plan you pick above. A monthly plan renews until you cancel it from the Manage subscription link shown once Pro is open; a one-time purchase is paid once and stays open for good.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You pay on Stripe's page and come back here; Pro opens in this browser and stays open. For another browser or device, ask for your access link by email on this page.
- What about VAT or sales tax?
- Stripe is the merchant of record. Any tax that applies where you are is shown at checkout, and the receipt or invoice comes from Stripe by email.
- Can I get a refund?
- Pro opens the moment you pay. If it does not do what this page says, write within 14 days and you get a full refund. Details on the refund policy page.
- What do you store about me?
- Nothing on our servers. The checkout reference and the answer from the verification service are kept in this browser's local storage; the email you type at checkout goes to Stripe for the receipt and lets you reopen Pro elsewhere.
