The rule
An Employer cannot schedule an Employee for Shifts not separated by at least ten (10) hours that span two workdays (i.e., a "clopening" shift), unless the Employee consents in writing and is paid a rest break premium. [...] Premium pay would apply to all hours in the second Shift. Premium pay shall be equal to 1.5 times the Employee's regular rate of pay.
